Appeals and Complaints

The corresponding author may submit an appeal or raise a complaint for several reasons, including disagreement with editorial decisions, concerns regarding publication ethics, or dissatisfaction with the editorial process—such as undue delays, miscommunication, or procedural inconsistencies. Appeals must be based on sound reasoning and supported by evidence or clarification. Initially, the Editor-in-Chief will review all appeals or complaints, followed by the handling editor assigned to the manuscript. Authors wishing to submit an appeal or lodge a formal complaint are encouraged to contact the editorial office directly at [email protected]. All appeals and complaints will be handled impartially, respectfully, and as promptly as possible.
